The tender concerns the supply of locking services to Hillerød Municipality. In Hillerød Municipality, mechanical locks from Ruko and Abus are primarily used. In addition, Hillerød Municipality uses electronic locking units and components from SALTO Systems. The agreement is primarily aimed at handling of ongoing operational tasks. In the case of major project tasks or construction projects, it must be expected that the Ordering Party also obtains offers from competing suppliers. Note that in Appendix 1 - Specification of requirements there is a requirement that the winning The supplier has and during the Agreement period maintains a status as an authorized Assa Abloy, Ruko and Abus dealer. In addition, it is a requirement that the winning tenderer must at all times have at least two employees who have completed external training in SALTO locking systems. The requirements are due to the fact that these systems are currently used on Hillerød Municipality's cadastres and there is a desire to ensure uniform handling of access control across both cadastres and in Hillerød Municipality as a whole.
