Sub-agreement 1 - Operation and maintenance of green outdoor areas in Slagelse and Korsør Sub-agreement 2 - Operation and maintenance of green outdoor areas in Næstved Partial agreement 3 - Operation and maintenance of green outdoor areas in Hashøj and Skælskør The ordering party provides a framework agreement on operation and maintenance of green outdoor areas, divided into three sub-agreements: 1) Slagelse and Korsør 2) Næstved 3) Hashøj and Skælskør. The services include, among other things mowing, planting care, weed control without pesticides/burning, cleaning and smaller ad hoc tasks after ordering, cf. Appendix 1, 1.a and 1.b. Prices are stated in Appendix 2 per partial agreement. Award is made at the lowest evaluation price according to the 70/30 model described in the tender conditions. Duration: framework agreement with the possibility of extension (cf. the tender conditions). Inspections of selected, non-publicly accessible locations are offered, cf. Appendix 10. Questions must be submitted in writing via EU‑Supply; all communication takes place through the system. Operation and maintenance of green outdoor areas at The customer's locations, including i.a. administration buildings, sewage treatment plants, pumping stations, rainwater basins, waterworks, boreholes, heating plants and transformer stations. The service includes standard care according to the requirements and quality descriptions as well as supplementary works to order.
