The framework agreement includes task-specific client consultancy in connection with Byggeri K0benhavn's varying project portfolio. The client consultant tasks range from screenings and clarification of needs in the start-up of the projects, scrutiny and technical assistance in the planning, proposal and design phases, during tendering, for client advice, construction management and client supervision during execution and in connection with handover and commissioning. The client's advisor must also communicate on an ongoing basis further training and experience gathering for Byggeri Copenhagen.
