Tenders are invited for The subject of this tender for the provision of internal audit services. The place of acceptance of the services shall be Malta Industrial Parks Ltd., the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be twelve (12) months. The Contracting Authority shall at its sole discretion reserve the right to extend the provision of the services by a further period of twelve (12) months, and the INCOTERM2010 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). During the extended period the same terms and conditions shall apply.
