Tenders Are Invited For Identity Governance Points of Interest: 1. Please separate the value added tax from the value of the project in your bid. 2 - The need to price each of the items listed in the system 3 - The Ministry of eligibility in the division of work as needed and requirements, and once participate in the practice of the company approves the division of the division of labor. 4. There is no model for financial presentation. Companies may use their own model. Evaluation criteria: - AnnexEvaluate with the RFP through which suppliers are evaluated. General Comments: - Once you subscribe, you acknowledge that Cabinet Resolution No. (4) for the year 2019 and its annexes has been read, and approved all the articles and laws of the Ministry. - Participating companies must list their prices and pricing of each item on the federal financial system. The technical offer must be attached separately from the financial offer in the federal financial system.J - Financial offer: All costs in detail and the offer must be stamped with the company's stamp with a copy of the bank guarantee on the system. - Technical presentation: in detail with the pictures to ask for it. - No offer will be received manually except bank guarantee. Other Documents The participating companies must attach the following documents: - A copy of the commercial license of your company, the partners' annex (provided that the license activity complies with the project).The width of the project will be excluded automatically. - Copy of the company's memorandum of association certified by the notary public. - Authorization letter to sign contracts on behalf of the company certified by notary.
