The tenderer must be registered with UPK Class A - Head 1, Subhead 3(a)(ii) & Head 3, Subhead 1(a)(b). 2. CIDB Grade 7 (CE08 and CE21). 3. The tenderer must have ExPERIENCES and COMPLETED PAST PROJECTS SPECIFICALLY IN MICROPILING AND SLOPE PROTECTION WORKS WITH CONTRACT VALUE 6 MILLION ABOVE. Tenderer MUST provide the LIST and EVIDENCE (Letter of Award & Letter of Completion) of past projects, Micropiling and Slope Protection Works, for verification purposes. Failure to provide EVIDENCE, your intention will be rejected. 4. The tenderer shall be a Malaysian-registered entity, in which case, for any consortium tenderer, all members of the consortium tenderer shall be Malaysian-registered entity..
