This is the Selection Guide for the appointment of a service provider that will be deployed in the operational operation of the Terhills shuttle transport system. This operation includes two tasks/roles: dispatching and field operator.
These Selection Guidelines (including the Appendices)provides an explanation of the Assignment and the Placement Procedure for its award.
A list of definitions is included in Appendix 1. Terms written in capital letters in these Selection Guidelines are defined in this appendix.
The Contractor is responsible for the implementation ofthe Contract in accordance with the Award Guidelines and the conditions stated in the Award Guidelines and the respective Agreement (which will be provided to the Selectees later).
A competitive procedure with negotiation is chosen. This implies that in a Selectionfase on the basis of Requests for Participation, it is decided which Candidates will be invited to submit a quotation in the Award Phase and to participate in the negotiations.
The purpose of the Selection Guidelines is to explain this Selection Phase and to provide Candidates with general information about theTo give an assignment and the further course of the Placement procedure so that they are able to obtain sufficient insight into the Assignment and the Placement procedure and to submit an Application for Participation.
