Executive Summary :-The Department seeks learning & development professionals to facilitate a number of soft skills courses for general personal/professional development, supervisory management and leadership; and/or provide coaching services to senior managers. Coaches should be able to review leadership readiness assessments, prepare coaching agreements, deliver coaching services and prepare written reports sharing results upon completion.
