Dear Sirs, TOV NOVUS UKRAINE invites you to participate in the tender for the selection of a company for the provision of corporate travel services. Purpose: We invite professional travel agencies to provide commercial proposals for organization and support international business trips of employees. We are interested in establishing a long-term partnership with a reliable service provider capable of providing a high level of service, operational support and effective management of business trips. of cooperation is a comprehensive service for business trips in Ukraine and foreign business trips, including the selection and booking of airline tickets, railway tickets and other types of transport, organization of accommodation, transfers, insurance registration, as well as full visa support of employees. We expect from potential partners proven experience of working with corporate clients, a wide international network of partners, competitive conditions of cooperation and readiness to provide support to travelers at all stages business trip. A necessary condition for consideration of proposals is the provision of a package of founding documents in accordance with Appendix 1 and an extended commercial proposal for the cost of all services. Requirements: 1. Organization of railway transportation. Reservation and purchase of tickets for scarce ones European and Ukrainian destinations through professional booking channels without using personal accounts of company employees. 2. Payment form and document management Provide a single non-cash invoice for all travel services and a full package of primary services documents. 3. Financial terms Provide payment deferment for 14 working days after signing the AVR.4. Cost of services Provide competitive corporate rates and the most favorable booking conditions. 5.
