The tender is carried out as a tender with negotiation in accordance with §§ 61-66 of the Tender Act. Tender for a contract regarding the delivery of cleaning services in Jammerbugt Municipality The tender is carried out by Jammerbugt Municipality, Toftevej 43, 9440 Aabybro, CVR.: 29189439, who wishes to enter into a contract regarding the delivery of cleaning services in Jammerbugt Municipality. Jammerbugt Municipality wishes to conclude a single contract for the offered Service. The service is expected to consist of cleaning at the locations; Aaby Sdr. Street and Kattedamsvej. In addition The Service includes the option of additional services and the possibility of expansion to new locations. On this basis, Jammerbugt Municipality enters into a Contract with one supplier for the delivery of the Service. The contract has a duration of 6 years, and it is Jammerbugt Municipality's expectation that that the Contract enters into force on 11 September 2026. The tender is carried out as a tender with negotiation in accordance with §§ 61-66 of the Tender Act. Jammerbugt Municipality reserves the right to award the Contract on the basis of the Bidders' initial offer. In that case will Jammerbugt Municipality did not carry out negotiations. If Jammerbugt Municipality does not enter into negotiations, it is Jammerbugt Municipality's expectation that the Contract will enter into force on 1 July 2026.
