Tender for contract for emergency call and sensor solution for Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality This tender concerns the supply, operation, maintenance and support of emergency call and sensor solutions as well as associated equipment for Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality's four nursing homes, Baunehøj, Bredebo, Solgården and Virumgård. The emergency call and sensor solution must be used for approx. 450 nursing homes/residents and approx. 495 employees spread over 4 nursing homes. With the upcoming contract, the customer wishes to purchase a future-proof, coherent emergency call and sensor solution, which must contribute to increasing patient safety as well as the safety of employees in nursing homes. The customer's intention with the acquisition is to optimize and modernize the citizen-oriented care work at the nursing homes and ensure a safe working environment for the staff. The customer wants a solution that can notify the staff of both actively and passively triggered emergency calls related to events that have occurred, for example when a citizen activates an emergency call or a multifunction sensor detects a fall or prolonged inactivity. The solution is also expected to be able to notify the staff of potentially impending incidents such as expected falls or atypical and potentially inappropriate behavior by citizens. It is also the customer's expectation that the solution provides an opportunity so that the staff can carry out time-limited digital supervision of citizens, etc. to avoid unnecessary physical inspections, which could risk disturbing, for example, a sleeping citizen.
