Tender Details

This tender concerns a contract for cleaning and window polishing in ARGO's administration building and learning space in Roskilde (hereinafter the "Contract").

The cleaning includes ongoing interior room cleaning and cleaning-related service tasks. Window polishing includes polishing of the inside and outsideglass windows. Cleaning and window polishing must be carried out in accordance with the terms of the Contract, including the requirement specification (Appendix 1).

The contract will be awarded to one supplier.

The contract is expected to be signed immediately after the end of the standstill period. Contract period vil start on 1 June 2024 and expire without notice on 31 May 2028, i.e. 4 years after the start of the contract. ARGO can, with the consent of the Supplier, choose to extend the Contract for 2 x 12 months on unchanged terms (option).

ARGO estimates the value of the Contract for the entire agreement period, incl. the option period, to at be a total of DKK 3.6 million. excl. VAT. The estimated value is purely indicative and cannot be taken as an expression of a guaranteed future turnover.

ARGO has chosen not to divide the Contract into sub-contracts, as this is considered the most appropriate solution, i.a. for the sake of reducing reresource consumption associated with contract management and to obtain the most economically advantageous price.
