Tender Details

The city of Kaarina acquires a tendering consultant, who acts as an expert for the KVR contract to be acquired as a negotiation procedure throughout the procurement procedure. The procurement procedure includes the production of tender documents and directing them to tender readiness, as a procurement procedure, the implementation of the negotiation procedure, including market dialogue, the participation phase, where the bidders are to be narrowed down to 4-6 bidders, the preliminary bidding phase, where the bidders are narrowed down to 3 bidders, and the final bidding phase, which includes development workshops to develop offers and plans. The goal of the final bidding phase is the approved draft plans and the procurement decision. Bids are scored in two stages. In the first stage, each bidder has a chance to get a maximum of 90 points. The bidders with the best scores are invited to the presentation of the concept plan. At the presentation event, bidders have the opportunity to receive a maximum of 10 additional points for quality comparison. The tenderer must give concept plan to be scored in the bidding phase. Improving the concept plan for the presentation is prohibited.
