Tender for the construction of public housing in Carlsberg Byen as a turnkey contractor fsb hereby offers a turnkey contract for the construction of public housing in Carlsberg Byen. The tendered task includes the construction of a total of 213 public housing, divided into 117 youth housing, 73 family homes and 23 small family homes with associated common areas, technical rooms and the like. In total, this is approx. 14, 300 floor metres, which are planned to be built on the corner of Ny Carlsberg Vej and Lagergade, fitted into the last building plot in the new district, cf. appendix 7 to local plan 432 Carlsberg II, Valby and Vesterbro/Kgs. Meadow garden. The tender is carried out as a turnkey contract and the task is characterized by handling difficult construction site conditions, such as included as a competitive element.
