Tender for client consultant for Plus Bolig department 1045 in Aalborg The tender includes client advice for use in Helhedsplan 1045 located at Beatesmindevej 6-76 and Helle-vangen 1-49, 9210 Aalborg SØ, which consists of 366 multi-storey apartments distributed over 11 blocks. The offer is based on a prior concept, the foundation of which appears in the technical documents. The future Client's Advisor enters into the agreement after determining the outline proposal. The offered service thus includes the total client consultancy from final drawn up outline proposal and up to and including 1 year inspection. The client advisor must also assist the Client in connection with obtaining a final commitment, Schedule B, from Aalborg Municipality and Landsbyggefond, as well as reporting Schedule C.
