Description of the service: Provision of postal services for sending administrative notifications and other postal parcels from the City of Blanes, in accordance with the technical prescriptions. This service is broken down into two benefits:- Benefit 1: Administrative communications (ordinary letters, certified and others) - Service 2: Administrative notifications (tax matter, certified and others) This service includes the collection, admission, classification, treatment, course, transport, distribution, delivery and return of administrative communications, ordinary or certified, generated by this City Council, as well as administrative notifications, in paper format, that are generated in tax matters, fines, penalties, etc.
