Execution of general repairs and renovation renovations consisting of 12 (twelve) rooms on the 3rd floor (301-312), the u3 home from splaiul independentei, nr. 290, bucharest, according to specification no. 19031 / 07.06.2016.
estimated value excluding vat 59511.94 lei (without vat), which sundries and contingencies amounting to 5.410, 18lei representing a 10% of the estimated value of the works.
the financial offer will be drawn from the lists of quantitiesand accompanying documentation. Schedules are required quantities to be executed for a single room. Each bidder will multiply financial value amounts resulting from schedules for a single room with 12 (twelve) rooms. This amount will apply to fixed odds for sundries and contingencies of 10%, resulting in the total value of the offer.
