Roofing for More Information Contact: Demaer, Derrin Manager, Purchasing Services School District 34 Abbotsford Purchasing 2790 Tims Street Abbotsford, British Columbia V2t 4M7 Phone: 1 (604) 859-4891 1242 Fax: 1 (604) 852-8587 Email: Derrin.Demaer@Abbyschools.Ca the Owner Seeks to Obtain Offers from Contractors Skilled and Experienced in This Type of Work to Provide Bonding, Removal and Legal Disposal of Existing Roofing Materials, Supply and Delivery of New Materials, Labour/Installation, Inspections and Warranty As Per the Attached Specifications for the Following Schools: 1) Bakerview, Portables 12-98, 23-98, 102-91, 053-00 2) Asia North Poplar, Portable 61-90 3) Barrowtown, Portable 55-90 4) Dave Kandal Portables 68-00, 99-91, 038-00 5) Godson Portables 16-98, 002-96 6) Ross Elementary Portable 15-96 the Roofing Contractor will be Responsible During the Time the Contract is in Place, for Any and All Roof Leaks in the Area(S) to be Re-Roofed and to Repair Any Damage at No Additional Cost. the Contractor Shall Ensure, Through Training and Close Monitoring, Their Forces Are Made Fully Aware of All Hazards and Risks Associated with the Roofing Construction Materials and Tools. the Contractor will Take All Conceivable Precautions where Children, Staff, or the General Public May be in the Vicinity Including Maintaining the Site in a Safe Condition and Employing Only Experienced, Skilled, Competent and Sober Workers. Smoking, Foul Language, Drug and Alcohol Consumption is Strictly Prohibited on School District Property. Receiving of Proposals Sealed Proposals, Clearly Marked Tender#6134 - 2019 District Portables Re-Roofing Program will be Received at the Main Reception Desk of the Board of Education, School District 34 (Abbotsford) (The Owner), at 2790 Tims Street, Abbotsford, Bc, V2t4m7, up to 14:00:00 P.S.T, March 29, 2019. the Method of Delivery to Accomplish This is the Responsibility of the Proponent.
