Dear Partners! TOV NOVUS UKRAINE invites you to participate in the tender for the selection of a company for the purchase and supply of refrigerant. IMPORTANT: The tender is conducted in 2 stages: the 1st stage is the acceptance of offers; the 2nd stage is the reduction (downgrading bidding). The reduction will take place 05/07/2026, start of trading at 14:15. The duration of the bidding is 30 minutes, in the case of active bidding, the reduction can be extended. The invitation to the 2nd round in the format of the reduction will be sent by a separate letter from the tender site. Read details about the rules of the bidding in the invitation. PURPOSE OF PERFORMING WORK Purchase of Refrigerant for refrigeration equipment GENERAL INFORMATION 1. Purchase of Refrigerant 2. Delivery of Refrigerant to the object LOCATION OF THE OBJECT. Kyiv street, M. Hryshka, 3s. Petropavlivska Borshchahivka St., Soborna, 2 WEEKENDS Danifreon must be R507A REQUIREMENTS FOR SERVICES, EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS USED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF WORK Refrigerant will be purchased once every three months in the amount: The customer provides empty reusable cylinders (minimum order 50 cylinders) The supplier picks them up on its own. The supplier vacuums them and fills them according to scales The weight of the filled cylinder consists of: tare weight (stamped on the cylinder), 10 kg of freon The supplier brings it to the customer-s warehouse on its own The cost of a kg of freon includes all executor's expenses (delivery, packaging, etc.) When accepting the goods, the customer fixes the conformity of the weight. In case of rejection, the goods will not be accepted.
