Dear Sirs, TOV NOVUS UKRAINE invites you to participate in the monitoring of the purchase of consumables for generators. CONTENTS Provision of an estimate for the purchase of consumables for generators LIST OF ACCEPTED ABBREVIATIONS - TECHNICAL The task of the CP is commercial proposal PURPOSE OF PERFORMING WORKS Purchase and supply of consumables (filters, oil, antifreeze) for generators for uninterrupted operation of generators in winter GENERAL INFORMATIONSupply of oil filters, fuel filters, air filters, oils and antifreeze for diesel, gasoline and gas generators FACILITY LOCATION in accordance with Appendix 1 - address of the facility, name of the gas station, power CHARACTERISTICS OF WORK (Description, operating conditions, etc.) Carry out the purchase and supply of consumables, according to the list of generators specified in Appendix 1. Select the appropriate filter for each generator, according to the model and serial number of each generator, according to Appendix 1. Indicate the cost including VAT and delivery to the Customer's facility. OUTPUT DATA of the technical task, the Customer adds: List of stores, indicating the name of the generators. STAGES OF PERFORMANCE OF WORKSend the Customer a calculation of the cost of consumables. The supply of materials must be no later than September 1, 2026. PAYMENT TERMSTerms payment: advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total cost of the CP, additional payment in the amount of 70% of the total cost of the CP after 10 (ten) days, after the delivery of the materials to the Customer's address and the signing of the invoices. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE TENDER PROPOSAL should include: All costs related to the purchase of consumables, delivery and taxes (including VAT); Indicate the cost in the table in Appendix 1, for each generator.
