Dear Sirs, NOVUS UKRAINE LLC invites you to participate in the tender for the selection of a company for the repair of road surfaces (asphalting). Object: Shops of NOVUS Ukraine LLC 1. General provisions 1.1. This technical task defines the requirements for of a contracting organization to perform work on current road surface repair (asphalt concrete surface) in the territories of Novus Ukraine LLC network facilities. 1.2. The purpose of the tender is to identify a contracting organization that will ensure quality and timely performance road surface repair works in accordance with current regulatory documents of Ukraine. 1.3. Works are performed at the Customer-s facilities: parking lots near stores, driveways to stores, product unloading areas, internal driveways, utility territories. 1.4. The works are performed at the request of the Customer during the term of the contract. 2. List and composition of work inspection and assessment of the technical condition of the road surface, milling of damaged asphalt concrete surface, dismantling of destroyed areas asphalt preparation of the base (cleaning, leveling, compaction) arrangement of crushed stone or sand-crushed base laying of asphalt concrete mixture compaction of asphalt concrete with road rollers sealing of technological seams restoration of adjacencies to curbs, manholes engineering networks, water intake grates, pothole repair, pavement repair and sealing of cracks, restoration or replacement of curb stone, removal of construction debris and cleaning of the territory 3. Requirements for materials Materials must comply with the current ones state standards of Ukraine (DSTU). Asphalt concrete mixtures must have quality certificates. At the Customer's request, the contractor provides certificates of conformity and quality passports. 4.
