Dear Sirs, NOVUS UKRAINE LLC invites you to participate in the tender for the selection of a company to perform repair work on the buildings and facilities of Novus Ukraine LLC. 1. General provisions Customer: LLC Novus Ukraine. Subject of the tender: performance of patchwork and overhaul of roofs. Types of roofs: - rolled (ruberoid); - membrane (PVC, TPO, EPDM); - profiled sheet roofing. 2. List of works 2.1. Patch repair: - detection and localization of leakage points; - repair of damage; - sealing of seams and joints; - local replacement of the coating; - sealing of nodes. 2.2. Overhaul: - dismantling of the coating; - repair of the base; - installation of new layers; - insulation; - waterproofing; - drainage. 3. Requirements for participants - experience of at least 3 years; - qualified personnel; - permits for work at height; - permits; - certification. 4. Terms of performance of work - work exclusively under the contract of Novus Ukraine LLC; - mandatory inspection of the object; - diagnostics; - defective report; - estimate; - report. Inspection and diagnostics are paid for separately.5. Technical requirements - compliance with DSTU; - compliance with technologies; - work safety; - minimization of the impact on the operation of the object. 6. Warranty - patch repair - 12 months; - capital repair - 24 months. 7. Additionally - assessment of the condition of the roof; - the possibility of calculation under SES.8. Submission of proposals - commercial proposal; - experience; - documents; - deadlines. 9. Evaluation criteria - price; - experience; - quality; - terms; - guarantee. 10.
