Dear Sirs, NOVUS UKRAINE LLC invites you to participate in the tender for the selection of a company for the implementation of works on the organization of a video surveillance system and a quick response button. Video surveillance system 1.1. The total number of cameras is 550, of which there are 350 pcs., additionally install — 200 pcs. until the end of 2026.1.2. The storage period of the video archive is 14-30 days. 1.3. Remote access — from a PC and smartphone. 1.4. Video surveillance is carried out in accordance with the store's work schedule. 1.5. Results of service provision are recorded in the operator's daily report, which is sent to the Customer. Quick response button Type: stationary and/or portable. Response time — 5-10 minutes, around the clock. Service 3.1. The service is provided at the Customer's request no later than the deadline than 3 (three) calendar days.3.2. The Contractor is obliged to inform the Customer about the malfunction or absence of video surveillance no later than 2 (two) hours after the loss of communication. Term of the contract 4.1. The term of the contract is 12 months. REQUIREMENTS TO SCOPE AND/OR TERM OF PROVISION OF WARRANTIES 5.1. The warranty period for the set of works must be at least 12 (twelve) months from the date of signing the Act of completed works. 5.2. The warranty period for equipment and materials must be at least 12 (twelve) months and/or according to the deadline set by the manufacturer's factory. LABOR PROTECTION AND FIRE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS, ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS 6.1. When performing work on the territory of the Customer, the Contractor undertakes to ensure compliance by its employees and workers subcontracting organizations of the requirements of the Customer's internal provisions on OP and PB, transit regime.
