Description : The successful Proponent shall assist RECO in identifying its future office space needs through to successful negotiation of a lease for new office space. Specifically, the Proponent shall provide RECO with commercial real estate brokerage services for: Review of existing leases to identify any issues and corresponding recommendations, including communication strategy with current landlord; the development of a lease space needs analysis, taking into account current and anticipated business needs for a five-year window, consideration of employee current home locations, impact of move to all stakeholders, etc.; developing a search strategy to include geographic parameters, type of building, surrounding amenities, etc.; identification and tour of potential office space options; design services to determine viability of options identified based on RECO-s business needs; initial financial modelling of total cost of occupancy for lease term, including estimates for any potential build out, etc.; support through negotiations with prospective landlords; and, support in the review of the lease agreement in consultation with legal counsel.
