Description : Calgary Housing Company (CHC) is seeking interested and qualified proponents to provide proposals for the provision of pay per use washing machines and dryers. Washing machines and dryers should include all required maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is continuously operational. Equipment installed may include any of the following types of pay per use machines including free running, coin operated or smart card operated machines. The coin operated and smart card machines are required to have a revenue share option with CHC. The Successful Proponent is responsible for the supply, installation, maintenance and repair of all leased laundry and associated equipment on CHC properties as well as revenue collection, financial accounting and distribution of CHC-s proceeds monthly. This service is expected to provide revenue to CHC via laundry commission based on a % of total revenue.
