Will provide a high level of account management and support responsiveness that represent value for money to Council. 2. Are appropriately qualified with technical resources to deliver the services. 3. Have appropriate capacity to deliver the services throughout the term of the Contract; and 4. Will meet the Service level requirements of Council.
