Temporary workers Description: These specifications describe the purchase of Temporary Workers via a supplier, whereby the Client also has the option to provide employees via the payroll rate. The Client wants to conclude a Framework Agreement with two Framework Contractors, who meet the conditions for the execution of the Assignment during the term of the Framework Agreement. The Framework Contractor who finishes in 1st place in the assessment of the European tender procedure receives an initial award all requests for the supply of Temporary Worker(s). If the Framework Contractor who finished in 1st place cannot deliver the requested Temporary Worker(s) within the periods set in paragraph 3.3 of the program of requirements, the Client will Framework contractor who finished in 2nd place will send a request for delivery of the Temporary Worker(s).
