The City of Saskatoon is procuring a qualified contractor to provide temporary traffic control services for Link construction sites. The Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) Project supports the Link construction program by ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists during all phases of construction. The selected contractor will be responsible for developing temporary traffic control plans in accordance with the City-s Traffic Control Manual, submitting plans for approval, and supplying, installing, adjusting, and removing all necessary signage and devices. The contractor will also provide on-call services for any required adjustments. This work will be phased to align with the Link schedule and will prioritize public safety, minimal disruption, and timely City approvals.
