providing services consisting in providing a temporary place in a shelter for homeless people referred by the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Ostrda in accordance with the provisions of Art. 48a of the Act on Social Assistance of March 12, 2004. The shelter cannot be located more than 250 km from the city of Ostrda. The expected number of homeless people covered by the services is 7 people, however, the Ordering Party stipulates that the numbers given are estimates and do not constitute a guaranteed number of people. Moreover, the Ordering Party stipulates that the services may only be provided by entities running shelters for homeless people included by the voivode on the list of establishments providing temporary shelter.
