Temporary services for kindergartens, after-school care and schools, framework agreement The competition concerns a framework agreement for the provision of temporary services to kindergartens, after-school care and schools. For a description of participants in the procurement, see point 1.1.1. The value of the acquisition is estimated at: NOK 750, 000 e.g. VAT per year. Maximum value for the entire agreement period, including any options and expected price increase: NOK 6, 000, 000 ex VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down, and during the agreement period will depend on, among other things client's needs, activities, budget situation and other framework factors. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. ENVIRONMENT: By its nature, this procurement is assessed to have an insignificant impact on the climate and environment, cf. the regulations Section 7-9, fifth paragraph. The reason for this is that the procurement concerns the purchase of services where the client is excluded from influencing the climate and the environmental impact, since requirements and criteria that target these elements will not be sufficiently related to the delivery cf. DFØ's environmental guide. APPRENTICE: The client has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. Procurement Act § 7, and concluded that there are no requirements for apprentices in this procurement as the main element of the contract does not include work where it is relevant to use labor with a trade or journeyman's certificate, cf. the Apprenticeship Regulations § 6 (3).
