The subject of the order is the design and execution of construction works for the task titled: Temporary place of shelter in the building of the School Complex in Karnków.2. The order is carried out in the design and build formula. Detailed scope and requirements functional-utility is defined in the Functional-Utility Program (FFU), which is Volume II of the procedure documentation.3. The facility covers part of the basement of the School Complex building in Karnków. The oil boiler room remains outside the scope of the study and works, except as necessary installation connections and security measures resulting from the design.4. The indicative goal of the Ordering Party is to obtain the largest possible capacity of the MDS, with the assumption of approximately 250 people. This number is not a guaranteed or minimum capacity. Final MDS capacity will be determined by the competent territorial civil protection authority in accordance with Regulation 9 of the Ministry of Interior and Administration of July 9, 2025, taking into account the verified eligible area, air availability, expected protection time and number of exits.5.
