Description of Tender The municipality of Delft is starting a tender procedure for the use and operation of the Faraday lot. The municipality of Delft wishes to find a market party that will temporarily use the Faraday lot and then use it for its own account and (re)develops and exploits risk. The procedure consists of one phase: the selection phase. During this selection phase, the Municipality of Delft will select one Winner based on 5 components.
Legal Framework: The rental of a Faraday lot by the municipality of Delft is not a tender procedure within the meaning of European law and regulations and/or the Public Procurement Act 2012.
