The city allows renting the 4th and 5th. Upper floor as temporary asylum accommodation until around the end of March 2029. The two floors together have approx. 2, 530 m2 of usable space with a total of 134 spaces. The temporary nature of the project requires an implementation in the sense of circular Building close.
