Milton Keynes City Council (MKCC) is seeking to engage with the market in advance of procuring a new Temporary Accommodation (TA) solution that supports the Council-s statutory homelessness duties and wider housing objectives. The Council intends to establish an open framework agreement for the provision of temporary accommodation, which will enable a broad range of suitable providers to apply and join the framework over its lifetime. This approach is designed to ensure flexibility, encourage ongoing market participation, and maintain a diverse and responsive supply of accommodation options that meet varying needs across the borough.
