The 6th contracting squadron (6 cons) at macdill afb issues this sources sought synopsis for information only to locate sources who are capable. Uscentcom has a requirement to obtain an ips container and additional items. Requirement details are as follows:

this sources sought is an advance notice for information and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. The north american industry classification system is 423420 and the size standard is 200 emp. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities, and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 10:00 am local time on 3 june 2016. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
