RIVM-DVP has several locations where pharmaceutical products are stored. In addition to the location in Bilthoven, these are the regional branches in Zwolle, Eindhoven and Zoetermeer and two strategic locations.
For the two strategic locations and for the regional offices in Zwolle, EindhovenAnd Zoetermeer is the temperature monitoring of the spaces and devices under own management of RIVM-DVP.
All these locations use both cooled storage (possibly freezing) and ambient storage. For all these storage locations, monitoring of the temperature with the associated alarm is in accordance with GDPGuideline required.
For the distribution of the pharmaceutical products from the regional branches, refrigerated trucks are used. The refrigerated trucks must also be connected to the temperature monitoring system. Extra for the refrigerated cars is the requirement that there must be a locationdone.
The purpose of the tender is to conclude one agreement for supplying, installing and maintaining a validated temperature monitoring system for the regional offices and strategic locations of DVP and the refrigerated trucks with which DVP complies with laws andregulations.
