BRAND: JKE, MODEL: SH530. - ARTICLE 120.- Failure to comply with the partial deadlines provided for Pursuant to Article 72, second and third paragraphs, of the State Procurement Law, contained in Decree No. 74-2001 of July 1, 2001, published in the Official Gazette “La Gaceta” dated September 17, 2001, it will be punished with a fine. equivalent to zero points thirty-six percent (0.36%), for each day of delay, in relation to the total amount of the contract balance. The Terms and Conditions and the Construction and Supervision of Public Works Contract must contain the clause sanctioning.
