THE PURPOSE OF THIS BROADCAST CAMPAIGN IS TO EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY ON TSUNAMI HAZARD RECOGNITION, EVACUATION PROCEDURES, NATURAL WARNING SIGNS AND AVAILABLE ALERT SYSTEMS. VENDORS SHOULD CONFIRM COVERAGE AREA AND REACH ACROSS ST CROIX, ST THOMAS, AND ST JOHN, AND PROVIDE AVAILABLE AD SLOT, INVENTORY AND PRICING STRUCTURE (PER SPOT, WEEKLY PACKAGE, OR FLAT RATE CAMPAIGN PRICING). VENDORS SHOULD ALSO INDICATE RECOMMENDED AIRTIME SCHEDULING TO MAXIMIZE VIEWERSHIP, INCLUDING PEAK HOURS, AND THE TOTAL NUMBER OF SPOTS PROPOSED WITHIN A 2-3 MONTH FLIGHT WINDOW. VENDORS SHOULD PROVIDE FILE FORMAT AND SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMITTED PSA CONTENT, ALONG WITH AN ESTIMATED TOTAL COST FOR THE FULL 2-3 MONTH CAMPAIGN.
