Purpose: The main purpose of this contract is to provide: 1. Teleprospecting: generate opportunities for pilots and co-pilots of operations (from the collective action program of Business France and its partners) as well as for the international advisors of the Team France Export, V.I.E salespeople and employees in Business France offices 2. V.I.E telesales: identify and qualify new V.I.E projects by working with existing customers and prospecting new contacts (outsourced VIE salespeople and account managers) 3. Management of incoming demand: requests for information sent by email or telephone by companies 4. Monitoring marketing campaigns (lead generation): identify and qualify export projects with companies affected by marketing campaigns. 5. Qualification of the bases: to be qualified our Salesforce CRM by integrating new accounts, new contacts and all information collected during exchanges with the companies contacted
