Telephony services for FKN Background and purpose The client for this procurement is Fylkeskommune Nord (FKN), consisting of the county municipalities of Møre and Romsdal, Trøndelag, Nordland, Troms and Finnmark. The acquisition also includes municipalities and external ones businesses domiciled in the participating county municipalities, cf. SSA-R appendix 1 appendix 3 - Business overview. Collaborating municipalities and other connected businesses are included under the individual county municipality that is a party to the agreement. It may also be relevant to establish separate contracts for participating public enterprises. Legal responsibility and contractual follow-up in its own organization rests with the individual county council or business as contracting party. The acquisition concerns the establishment of a framework agreement for the purchase of telephone services to clients covered by the agreement. The framework agreement will include the delivery of telephone services to county councils, municipalities and other public institutions, a total of 98 businesses. The delivery includes IP telephony and mobile telephony associated functionalities, as well as administrative and mercantile solutions. The services apply to subscriptions and traffic for fixed and mobile telephony, as well as associated services within the telephony area. Basically, this includes all parts of the businesses activity.
