The procuring authorities Vaermdoe Municipality, Vaxholm City and Oesteraker Municipality (in the procurement documents referred to as the Municipalities carry out this procurement as a joint procurement where Vaermdoe Municipality is the coordinating authority.
The municipalities cooperate only in the procurement process and three (3) agreements(one for each municipality) will be signed with the winning Supplier.
The following briefly describes current telephony solutions at the municipalities.
2.2.1 Oesteraker municipality
•
Calls to the municipality's main number are made via a menu selection.
•
The menu selection contains the selections: car operator, fault reporting service via voiceprovider, alternatively to be connected to group numbers at service centers. There is an overflow option to an external call center. No calls are forwarded by operators.
•
Sms function for outgoing messages via the case system Artvise.
•
There are five group numbers at different administrationsare in the organization. These are reached by calling the respective group numbers directly.
•
The administration of menu selection, group numbers, agents and subscriptions and calendar connection takes place via the operator's web portal.
•
There are four fax numbers at Telenor that are forwarded from analogue numbers (Telia).
2.2.2 City of Vaxholm
•
Calls to the main number go via menu selection and there are 2 choices, the operator or the switchboard. The operators connect the calls. There is an overflow option to an external call center.
