This procurement includes the delivery commitment of the Telephony platform containing the Switchboard and Contact Center as well as the services included in the assignment. Delivery commitment must be considered a Service, which means that the Supplier has full responsibility for delivering all parts and final results ofservices.
Swedavia's internal Telephony platform is used by Swedavia staff at 10 airports and a local office and contains approx. 3000 active extensions for MEx, IP telephony, Contact Center and a few analogue subscriptions.
Swedavias Contact Center handles approximately 65, 000 cases per month (via chat, e-mail, calls, Social Media) distributed among approx. 15-20 agents logged in at the same time.
Swedavia's external Telephony platform is used by tenants at or in connection with Swedavia's airports. The telephony platform includes approximately 500 connections distributed among approximately 50 customers who each havean own standalone environment for MEx, Softphone, IP phones, analogue subscriptions, IVR and ACD groups.
Swedavia is in need of 24/7 operation and support.
