Description : The Office of the United Nations Hight Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Regional Bureau Bangkok, invites qualified service providers to make a firm offer for the establishment of a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the provisions of Telemarketing Outbound services for donor care & development in the Republic of Korea.

The Long-Term Agreement will be signed with an initial duration of twelve (12) months, potentially extendable for two further periods of twelve (12) months each, upon satisfactory performance, as per below schedule:

Phase 1: 1 May 2020 end of April 2021 (12-months)

Phase 2: 1 May 2021 end of April 2022 (12-months)

Phase 3: 1 May 2022 end of April 2023 (12-months)

Bidders are required to submit any request for clarification or any question in respect of this RFP by e-mail to bid@unhcr.or.kr with a copy (CC) Goran Stojanovski (stojanov@unhcr.org) and Erzsebet Gal (galer@unhcr.org).
