This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 March 13, 2026, and DFARS Change Notice (20251110). O-Brien, cage code (17476)) due to the required CKT-D components (cable/plug assemblies and end flanges) are exclusively manufactured by, and proprietary to, Teledyne D.G. O'Brien per drawings 7066213 and ERH695-1101E319. Quotations received that represent a different manufacturer will not be considered for award.
