Telecommunications services in the field of data transmission 1. The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of: (1) VPN/MPLS telecommunications services and Internet access in locations indicated by the Ordering Party; (2) removing any failures of services or devices understood as active elements constituting the termination of a telecommunications link, resulting in non-performance or incorrect performance of the services that are the subject of the order; (3) technical support provided by telephone or directly at the Ordering Party's units in order to maintain the correct level of service provision. Technical support is understood as the cooperation of website administrators in solving problems at the interface of the network. 2.
