The subject of the proceedings in Part 1 is the mobile telephony service and data transmission. The Ordering Party requires: for currently active 122 (ultimately maximum 140) cards indicated by the Ordering Party, a list of which will be prepared in the form of telephone numbers, as an annex to the contract), monthly subscription fees were applicable, the total of which would be settled for domestic calls, roaming calls, SMS messages, MMS messages and Internet access up to the amount of this subscription fee. Once this limit is exceeded, the cost of services will be charged in accordance with the Offer.
