The subject of the order is the establishment and provision of a comprehensive, safe, efficient and economically convenient electronic communication service (I) voice virtual private network (hereinafter referred to as "HVPS") - consisting of voice calls, SMS, MMS, Internet connection in mobile communication devices and so on. and (ii) data virtual private network (hereinafter referred to as "DVPS"); Through a single virtual private network (hereinafter referred to as the "VPS") for the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "MoI SR").
Part of the subject of the framework agreement is also the connection of VPS participants of the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic to the electronic Communication network of VPS provider and other providers of electronic communication networks pursuant to § 2 of Act no. 452/2021 Coll. On electronic communications, to special networks of the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic (voice and data), which the MoI SR established and operates pursuant to Act no. 452/2021z. from electronic roads, as amended and ensuring its continuous use.
