The WCB currently uses multiple services from the incumbent that are critical in nature and heavily integrated within the WCB-s current network and telephony processes. These unique solutions are integrated, tested and proven within the WCB-s Disaster Relief environment and Business Continuity plans, which ensure the WCB-s clients and stakeholders receive service in the event of a telecommunications failure or disruption.
