Notice is hereby given by The Workers- Compensation Board - Alberta (WCB) of its intent to extend the existing agreement for Telecommunication Services with TELUS for an additional three (3) years. The WCB currently uses multiple services from the incumbent that are critical in nature and heavily integrated within the WCB-s current network and telephony processes. These unique solutions are integrated, tested and proven within the WCB-s Disaster Relief environment and Business Continuity plans, which ensure the WCB-s clients and stakeholders receive service in the event of a telecommunications failure or disruption.
