The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with one participant for the subsequent provision of electronic communications services for telecommunications and data transmission to the extent according to the procurement documentation and its annexes, especially Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation.
Individual partial public procurements based oncollective agreements will be entered exclusively according to the current needs and individual requirements of the client, while the client is not obliged to take any minimum volume of services.
The participant is obliged to guarantee to the contracting authority for the performance of the partial public contract at least the conditions that he offered when concluding the frameworkagreements.
