The acquisition is subject to telecom operator services. The purpose of the services to be purchased is to provide solutions for different (speech) communication needs. The purchase of the acquisition includes, among other things, the following services: - Mobile phone subscriptions, which are currently around 22, 000. Some are data connectionsand part of the technical subscriptions. - Mobile phones in the internal impact of HUS offices (2g/4g/5g). - Central and shortcuts (SIP). - Calls in the above -mentioned gearbox interfaces and mobile subscriptions. - Massage service for SMS. - a brokerage system for small outlets whereCalls can be transmitted to Hus mobile phones using a mobile phone and operator's web interface. - Efaks service. - Services are supported by expert services and other services. The contract is valid for four years, after which the contract will continue to be valid for an indefinite period.
